This strange-looking being is supposed to be Tommy Voeckler, le Petit Prince of cycling. I loved him since the …first…? year we watched the Tour de France and he won on an immense breakaway down into some coastal town… you could see the peloton coming up behind him but he just sat up and grinned because they weren’t going to catch him.
