Tried to do Mister Fancypants again… Botched the colours a bit. Still not happy. I think the next time I try him I’ll do a completely different pose.
Fortunately he’s already volunteered for Fanservice Day, along with his as-yet-unpainted assistant Tirezi

Ceniro’s deel
Concept sketch for Ceniro’s new outfit in Anima’s Seal : D

Ceniro’s Element
Decided to paint Ceniro this evening even though I have a bazillion other projects on the go, including other pictures of Ceniro. Half-assed it in three hours but it still came out half-decent even though I spammed the blend tool. I mean, it actually looks like him. Could be smirkier, though. Ceniro doesn’t usually smirk, but when he does… it’s because you’re screwed.
Borrowed a screenshot from google for the eye effect.
Now if I could just muster the gumption to finish his ‘last’ novel… 😛
Yes, he’s wearing something different for once – the deel that he wears in the new novel. Except now I realize a proper deel would have a different collar. Dangit.
Unmasked
Someone help me come up with a better title. That one is lame.
I tried a colouring technique I haven’t before… at least not often: setting a brush on like 5% opacity and going over it lots.
This picture I got the idea for after seen a thumbnail of a pretty guy in a broken mask on Youtube. So of course I go to my current default bishie-boy… This one looks more elfy than most, though, so it’s probably Adhemlenei!Hrulash, rather than Qismah!Hrulash. He was going to be holding a sword in his other hand but I messed up the perspective and didn’t feel like going back to it.
The lineart under the mask is kind of pretty, too, so I might finish this picture with him having no silly mask at all.

Hitomi in a Kimono
To follow up from Samurai Tseo of yesterday, here’s Hitomi in a kimono. Man, I love kimonos. They’re such a riot of colour.
Samurai Tseo
As some of you may know, I recently watched exorbitant amounts of Rurouni Kenshin, and this is part of the result: Tseo in a hakama. Now I want to draw Hitomi in a really flowery kimono. (But I also have many Ceniro pictures from this year’s NaNoWriMo to draw… oh dear)
I am aware that one leg looks significantly thinner than the other; it wasn’t something I noticed until I finished. : P I’m also aware that his hands don’t look right. I gave up trying to get them right rather quickly. : P
Feyless
What a creep. A pretty, pretty creep.
Tseo’s Girls
Tseo ad Ventum and his ladies over the years.
First was Minerva Tellius (partner: white Kekalni), his sister-in-arms in the IV/IX Dragonriders, with whom he had a daughter, Misitrel. However, she dumped him after he got them all kidnapped by a madman just for existing – though the fact that he was currently a mild chauvinist certainly aided her decision.
Next was Kalalin, Hitomi’s childhood friend, grown to become a dual katana-wielding mercenary. Sadly, while she was very fun and energetic, she was also not interested in a deep commitment to one person and cheated with a member of her mercenary troop. Before that, they had another daughter, Ammernia.
Finally was Linoa Lutien, half-sister of Xanda. By this point Tseo had most of the chauvinism beat out of him by his new Centurion, Lavinia, but Linoa had her own issues – namely, a childhood friend who betrayed her and caused her much grief and rage. At the moment, their relationship is holding steady, and Tseo holds out hope that he’s finally found The One. They have two children, twins, Nieril (girl) and Nieron (boy).

I was to say that these are the most proportionate people I’ve ever drawn, and while there are still issues, I’m really happy with that fact. I’m also kind of proud of Kalalin’s character design. And while I’m not sure what Linoa would wear usually, we’ll just say she got dressed up for this picture. :3
I should colour this, or at least grey-scale it. We’ll see what I feel like doing tomorrow.
