I have a shoulder angel and a shoulder demon, except I don’t imagine them as being small. So… felt like painting Michael from Esgalwen’s Story, in his natural shapeshifter form. Or something. I tried something a little different with the shading; lots of transparent layers. It turned out all right. I’m surprised how many things I picked up on DA during my ‘off-period’ that I (was/am?) going through, and applied to this painting. I could do more, too. :3 But it will take a bit more practice.
His theme song is “Games People Play” by the Alan Parsons Project. “If I’m telling you the truth right now, do you believe me? Games people play in the middle of the night.”

In other news, the concert last night was pretty good, and I am really sick, and I am going to stay in bed all day except for during choir. Because choir neeeeeds meeeee. And choir is the best. Seriously, you MUST go to this upcoming concert if you at all can. <3

I’m going to try again later, because I think Colby’s style would work really well for my hair when it frizzes up like this.
Anatomy practice that somehow turned into my angel. : ) His shins are not long enough? Just enough to make him seem top-heavy, not by much.
I am much closer to having a clean room!!! I actually vacuumed today!!

Three weeks until my grad recital! So I’m working on the poster. Here is a preview. The background will probably be a light colour but I may change my mind. I do like pictures with deep rich hues in addition to pretty pastels.
Thoughts? What needs improving? I think I need to touch up the end of the nose because it’s not really coming out of the face like a nose should. Also my eyes aren’t that bright brown.
